Where does the name Julkee x Lempee come from?
Julkee x Lempee is Finnish wordplay that describes the customer lifecycle: roughly “bold” and “gentle”. A company has to be playfully bold in its marketing so new customers notice it exists. It also needs gentleness, so existing customers stay customers.
